Optaim Shop - Multi-Vendor E-commerce Marketplace
Problem
Needed a full-featured multi-vendor marketplace with POS capabilities for the Bangladesh market. Required support for multiple independent shops, commission management, courier integrations (Pathao, Steadfast, RedX), and a mobile API alongside the web storefront.
Solution
Built with Phoenix LiveView for the web storefront and Absinthe GraphQL for the mobile API. Implemented multi-shop checkout with atomic order creation, fuzzy product search via PostgreSQL pg_trgm, a recommendation engine, and a complete POS system with register management and barcode lookup.
HomeoLink - Healthcare Practitioner Platform
Problem
No centralized platform existed for patients to find verified classical homeopaths in Bangladesh. Needed a doctor directory, appointment booking system, pharmacy marketplace, and a content/knowledge base - all with bilingual support (English/Bengali).
Solution
Built a modular healthcare platform with 10 bounded contexts including doctor management with approval workflows, location-aware appointment booking with time slot management, shop/pharmacy marketplace with delivery tracking, and a CMS with article publishing. PostgreSQL fuzzy search powers doctor discovery across specialties and cities.
Al-Taqwa Engineering - Corporate Website
Problem
Newly established Oman-based civil construction company needed a professional web presence to showcase their petroleum and oil & gas pipeline services to major clients like PDO, OQ Gas Network, and OQ Logistics.
Solution
Developed a custom WordPress Full Site Editing block theme with 15 dynamic patterns, 8 custom post types for services/projects/team/licences, Vite-powered SCSS build pipeline, Swiper carousels, scroll animations, AJAX contact form, and a comprehensive Customizer with 18 configurable fields. All content managed via CPTs with no page builder dependency.
Class Pulse - Offline Class Routine & Reminder App
Problem
Educational institutions lacked a simple, zero-connectivity solution for students and teachers to view personalized class schedules with daily reminders. Existing apps required accounts, internet access, or were locked to a single institution's data.
Solution
Built a fully offline Flutter app with Riverpod state management and Hive local storage. Implemented dual student/teacher modes with dynamic year and section filtering, a complete routine CRUD editor with autocomplete for subjects and teachers, and a daily notification system with Android 12+ exact alarm handling and graceful permission fallback. All data stored on-device with JSON export/import for cross-device sharing - no accounts, no network requests, no data collection.
